Thank you for choosing Virsa Labs to enhance your online presence. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the following key terms:
- All proprietary materials, software, and digital assets created by Virsa Labs remain the property of Virsa Labs.
- If services are discontinued, the Client will no longer retain access to, ownership of, or rights to use any work created by Virsa Labs.
2. License
- Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software provided by The Company solely for its business operations as per this Agreement.
- If the Client wishes to terminate services, a written request must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
- If there is 30 days of no communication, Virsa Labs may assume services are no longer needed and may terminate the agreement.
4. Handling of Disputes
- All disputes regarding this Acknowledgement will be handled in accordance with applicable State and Federal laws.
- Virsa Labs is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or non-performance of services.
6. Entire Agreement
- This Service Policy is the final and exclusive agreement between the Parties.
7. Severability, Headings, Interpretation and Enforcement
- Any provision found to be unenforceable will not affect the rest of this service policy. Headings are for convenience only. This Service policy is governed by the state in which Virsa Labs resides.
